Going out: Expectations vs Reality

It’s seven o’clock. On the dot. No drop tops are in sight anywhere on your street, but your group chat is blowing up. You’ve all had a long week and just want to go blow off steam – aka sip on a delicious cocktail (or three) and maybe even feel the heat and dance with somebody.

So, you choose a random bar and head out for a night on the town

Then you finally get in after waiting for two hours

But you’re trying to make the best of it, so you all order drinks and hope to get some flirtin’ in

And when literally nothing comes of that, you all decide to hit the dance floor together.

And after a few songs, you decide to gracefully make your exit

Your entire squad grabs a rideshare home and wants to order some delish late night drunk food

Next thing you know, you wake up and it’s morning

But it’s all good, because you can totally head out to brunch with your friends to redeem your sub-par night out. You check your wallet, and…
